Fort Collins police are asking for the public's help to find a 15-year-old Eaton girl accused of commandeering a government van.
Authorities say Stephanie Huff may have received a ride out of the area.
The search for Huff was suspended this morning near the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport after authorities said it was clear she had fled successfully.
Huff is accused of taking the van with two other teens inside while en route to a detention center yesterday.
She was handcuffed and shackled while being returned from a court appearance when the driver stopped to pick up another juvenile and left the van running.
Huff reportedly crawled through an unsecured screen to get to the driver's seat and drive away.
Authorities say it's too cold to take bloodhounds out to continue the search.
Police are continuing to follow up leads.
