Meeting on security brings together military leaders, civilians

A symposium this week in Colorado Springs will bring together military and homeland defense leaders and others to discuss the nation's security for four days.
The fourth annual National Homeland Defense Foundation symposium will be held at the Broadmoor Hotel, starting Monday.
About 1,500 people are expected to attend, including Admiral Timothy Keating, commander of NORAD and NORTHCOM.
Also speaking will be Francis Townsend, assistant to the president on homeland security and counter terrorism, and George W. Foresman, under secretary for preparedness in the department of homeland security.
