A Colorado woman wanted to tell the world about her love of tofu by creating a personalized license plate for her car.

At first her request was approved... but then DMV officials had second thoughts.

The Division of Motor Vehicles says the combination of those letters could be interpreted as profanity... or even a sexual message.

The woman who requested the plate says her message is just being interpreted the wrong way.

I agree 100% with Marcus and Disappointed as well as others that see this as inappropriate. IF it can be taken as vulgar and obscene, it should not get on a license plate!! There's enough cursing and vulgar language in our society...just hang around in front of an elementary school and of course, a high school!!! I'm glad they caught it and I agree...her excuse is stupid...plus, I heard she's not even a hotty!!!

Well, Martinez, if they wouldn't post them, we don't want to see them. Some of us can actually find more intelligent things to do with our time. If this is the biggest disappoint this woman has had in her life, then she hasn't had it too bad and if it isn't the worse, then get over it. The answer was NO, some people just still have to follow rules, imagine that.
