Rape Investigation

The Boulder County district attorney says in a deposition that
the recruits were not charged because they had been led to believe
the purpose of the party was to have sex.

District Attorney Mary Keenan says criminal convictions would
have been impossible because the recruits were told there would be
consensual sex at the party in December 2001.

The woman -- now 21 -- has filed a civil lawsuit against the
university.

The suit alleges CU's football program fosters an environment
in which women routinely suffer sexual harassment.

She's seeking unspecified damages.
