Child Porn Arrest Near School

How can there be no laws preventing sex offenders from living near elementary schools? Protect our children from these monsters. He needs to be in jail for a long long time. Why do we not perform chemical castration?

I agree with the posts! How can there be a law about selling drugs, but no law about sex offenders living by schools! Also, Another question I have is why was he in the community so early anyway, he is a multiple offender and had charges as recently as 2008, so why isn't he in prison. Ive seen people get more time bouncing checks than molesting children. We should value the safety and innocense of children more than we do

We lived next door to a registered sex offender. My children noticed him everytime they went outdoors to play basketball. He would stand behind a tree and just stare. He also watched other children with binoculars down the street. We finally moved before our lease was up, and never got our deposit back. I think the owners made off with our deposit money like so many others that rented that place. They never disclosed that important piece of information to us.

WOW. I am shocked that there isn't some rule against sex offenders living within a certain range of a school. I have an 8 year old daughter who walks home from school and it scares me to know that a child sex offender could live right in her path. Horrifying.

I was thinking the same thing Joe! Why is it not against the law to have sex offenders living across the street from a school? Thats scarey! Expecially a Child sex offendor! This scares me!

Unbelievable. I used to know this man years ago and certainly, he hid it well. He should not be near any schools or ppl for that matter.

So how is it that a offender can live across from a school, but there is a law against selling drugs near a school. shouldnt the same law apply towards those that are offenders as well. I wouldnt want a offender right across the street from were my kids go to school
