Adolph Coors Company says its third-quarter profit jumped 32 percent, partly because of higher sales in Europedue to a heat wave.
The Golden-based brewer reported net income of 61-point-four million dollars. That compares with 46-point-six (m) million in the same period last year.
Coors also reported higher third-quarter volume in Canada and Puerto Rico.
The company beat analysts' average projection by 19 cents a share.
Shares of Coors are up a nickel at 53-dollars-20-cents in early afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
