Unemployment Rate

More of Colorado's unemployed are finding work.

The state's unemployment rate dropped slightly last month to
5.6 percent. That compares with 5.7 percent the month before, and 5.8 percent a year ago.

It's also the lowest jobless rate since February when the figure
was 5 and a half percent.

Nationally, the jobless rate remained flat at 6.1 percent.
