The Air Force Academy says a court martial date has been set for Cadet 2nd Class Seth S.M. Tuatoo. The court martial is scheduled for August 6th.
Cadet Tuatoo is charged with wrongful use of cocaine, which is a felony and a violation of Article 112a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The cadet waived his Article 32 hearing in May which sent his case to a general court martial.
If convicted, the maximum punishment that the Cadet faces is 5 years confinment, a dismissal from the Academy and total forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
