Four people are recovering after being stabbed at a party late Sunday night.
The suspect is a neighbor, who police say was driven into a rage by the noise coming from the party. The incident happened just before 11 p.m. on the 3700 block of Westmeadow, near Cheyenne Meadows Road and Highway 115 on the southwest end of Colorado Springs.
Saul Lucas, 23, allegedly went next door and confronted the partiers with a knife, stabbing four people before witnesses were able to subdue him. Two of the victims suffered serious injuries, including one who was stabbed in the head.
Police say officers were already in the area on an unrelated call and responded immediately. Lucas was taken into custody on several charges, including attempted murder.
