Bear Attack Update

Rangers at Rocky Mountain National Park have closed more areas to visitors as they search for a black bear that attacked two campers.

A trap has been set for the bear near Fern Lake. The bear bit and clawed two campers there last Sunday.

Rangers are watching the trap day and night from a nearby cabin.

Rangers will kill the bear if they catch it because its aggressive behavior makes it too dangerous to have in the park.

Four campsites in the park have been closed. Officials will decide whether they can be reopened tomorrow.
