At least 20 people are dead after a suicide bombing in Iraq.
Seventeen others were hurt when authorities say a man wearing a vest full of explosives detonated himself at an open-air market in the city of Tal Afar. The local police say no American, coalition or Iraqi troops were there at the time.
It's one in a series of attacks marking another deadly day in Iraq. Among the other violence, twin suicide car bombers blew themselves up at a police station in Ramadi, killing at least two officers. And in a city just outside Baghdad, three Iraqi soldiers and three civilians were killed in various attacks.
