Even the sharpest of computer know-it-alls might find it an overwhelming challenge.

But government experts are trying to set up a hacker-proof
computer network for 190-thousand federal workers fighting
terrorism.

Protection says technology will be a key to the success of the new
system.

Edward Kinney spoke at a conference today in Colorado Springs.

The system is expected to take years to complete.
