Eagle County prosecutors say they won't decide whether to charge Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant with sexual assault until sometime next week.
A spokeswoman for District Attorney Mark Hurlbert confirmed toThe Associated Press that there will be no word until then.
The 24-year-old Bryant is accused of attacking an employee of an Edwards hotel June 30th. Officials at the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera say Bryant checked in that day, and left July Second.
Bryant's attorney insists he is innocent.
Authorities say both Bryant and his accuser went to hospitals
after the alleged attack. They would not discuss detail .
