Memorial Service

A memorial service will be held next Tuesday, for a Fort Carson soldier killed in Iraq.

Sergeant Michael Dooley was a member of the third Armored Cavalry Regiment.

He was killed while manning a traffic control point in Iraq, when two people pretending to need help, opened fire.

Sergeant Dooley was originally from Virginia. His wife is expecting the couple's first child.

His memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. of June 17, and the Provider Chapel on post.
