A Swat team is called to a Colorado Springs home early Monday morning after a man barricades himself in the attic.

Colorado Springs police say he is now in custody. It all went down off east San Miguel near Potter Street.

Police say they spotted a suspicious car they were initially looking for early Sunday morning. Officers then saw a man run out of the car and force his way into a home.

Twenty-seven-year-old Augustine Ramirez was later arrested. He is charged with first degree criminal trespassing.

Police say a woman and her two children were at home at the time, but no one was hurt.
