Colorado is getting more than 146-million dollars from the federal government to help it through the budget crisis, and Governor Owens says most of that will go into a reserve fund.
The money is part of ten billion being divided among all 50 states. It's included in the tax-cut package passed into law last week.
Owens said yesterday nearly 132-million of Colorado's share will go into a reserve fund in case tax revenues continue to plummet.
The other 14-point-six (m) million dollars will go to education youth services and children's health.
