Colorado Springs City Council is looking for a new member. Tonight, members are interviewing seven candidates. One of the seven will be chosen to replace Charles Wingate, who resigned May 13th in the midst of several legal problems he's facing.
The charges Wingate faces include felony theft, forgery and embezzelment.
The interviews for his replacement start around 6:00 tonight at City Hall which is located at 107 N. Nevada Avenue. They are open to the public.
City Council members will vote on a finalist this Thursday, June 5th.
