Don and Saph got this one right. Americans have entitlement issues. Many American families of four or five feel they are entitled to a 3000 square foot house, a huge SUV and a 62-inch plasma while living on a household income of 35k per year. I hate to burst the bubble of those who think this, but you are wrong. Many in this great country need to learn to live within their means…..just because you want something does not mean that you deserve it, or even that you should have it!

"The best advice though, cash is king." If you're too stupid to know how to use a credit card, you shouldn't have one at all If, however, you DO know how to use a credit card...The best advice is: Only buy what you can afford, and pay your bill IN FULL when it is due. You still get 25 days of credit. Credit cards haven't created a problem...stupid people have created a problem...those who don't know how to use a credit card, the mortgage defaulters and the like...no more than 6% of the populous! .

duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,if you didn't know that already YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that if you pay the min ,of course you're gonna pay til the rest of your life and credit cards companies just LOVE people like YOU.
