A local therapist could be arrested now that a military judge in Texas decided not to drop the rape charge against an Air Force Academy graduate.
The judge also decided to enforce an arrest warrant for Jennifer Bier, a civilian therapist in Colorado Springs. US marshals tell KKTV 11 News they will meet Monday to decide how to enforce the arrest warrant for Bier.
The case involves Captain Joseph Harding. He is accused of raping a fellow cadet at the Academy in 2000. His court martial has been on hold for a year because Bier refuses to hand over records from the accuser's counseling sessions.
