Do you have 800-thousand dollars? Want to own a Colorado town? Now you can.
The historical town of Brookvale in Clear Creek County is for sale -- 135 years after it was built.
The town includes an old mill house, a post office, several 19th-century cabins, a blacksmith building and an old greenhouse and fish hatchery.
Brookvale's mayor is Paul Fiorino.
His brother is the town's current owner.
The pair want a nonprofit organization to buy the area, so the old buildings on three acres won't be torn down.
Brookvale was the site of one of Colorado's first resorts, offering hunting, fishing and a place for people to visit the mountains.
The town is just west of Evergreen.
