Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols may face the death penalty for 162 counts of state first degree murder charges.

On Tuesday, an Oklahoma judge ruled, Nichols should face the state charges. Two additional counts of murder were added to the original 160 because of two unborn children killed in the 1995 attack.

Bombing victims Robin Huff and Carrie Ann Lenz were both
pregnant. McCall says the children could have survived outside the
womb.

Terry Nichols is already serving life in prison on federal charges for his role in the bombing eight years ago.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
