While accumulating snow has ended for Colorado Springs and Pueblo, snow (heavy at times) will continue north and northeast of Colorado Springs. Top 100 Most Wanted Sex Offenders In Colorado
Starting Friday, October 24 and going through the weekend, until Sunday, October 26, federal, state and local cops are conducting a statewide sweep for sex offenders who have failed to register their address, or have moved and not registered their new residence.

Starting Friday, October 24 and going through the weekend, until Sunday, October 26, federal, state and local cops are conducting a statewide sweep for sex offenders who have failed to register their address with law enforcement.

Police are looking for the top one hundred most wanted sex offenders. Some are from Southern Colorado.

They're also checking up on registered sex offenders to make sure they live where they said they live.

When 11 News rode along with Colorado Springs Police on Friday, one man was arrested for allegedly not registering his address with law enforcement. The man, reportedly in his 70's, has to register because he was convicted of incest.

By Sunday, more than 50 had been arrested.

In Denver, police told 11 News that Friday morning, when they arrested a man for failing to register as a sex offender, they also discovered child pornography on his computer. Police said that is exactly why they are doing this first ever sex offender sweep, where hundreds of cops are devoting their entire weekend to searching for bad guys.

All of the sex offenders that authorities will be looking for are posted above in the attached document.

Wow, that's scary that that many sex offenders are out there. I have three kids and that makes me nervous.
