An Air Force Academy Cadet is facing sexual misconduct charges.

Cadet Second Class Jason Lewis is acused of indecent assault and sexual harrassment against two female cadets.

He waived his right to appear at the article 32 hearing Wednesday, which is the military equivilent of a preliminary hearing.

The goal of the hearing is to find out whether there is enough evidence for Lewis to face court martial.

Lewis' attorney says he'll plead not guilty if he does go to court martial.

If found guilty, he could face seven years in jail, get discharged from the Air Force, and have to pay back the government for his education.
