Two people have now died, and three people, including the suspected shooter, are injured after shootings in Grand Junction Saturday.

Police say Michael and Floyce Gallagher had gone to pick up their friends Terry and Linda Fine from their home to head on a vacation this morning when they were approached by a man in his 20s outside the home.

The suspect shot Terry and Linda Fine and Floyce Gallagher in the driveway and shot a neighbor, whose name was not released, who ran to help after hearing the shots.

Sixty-one-year-old Terry Fine and 60-year-old Floyce Gallagher have died. Linda Fine is hospitalized. Michael Gallagher wasn't hurt.

Authorities chased the suspect, who police say is hospitalized with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. His name has not been released.

Police have not determined how the suspect might have known the victims.
