A convicted felon expected to testify against his former co-defendants in a Pueblo murder case is missing and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Authorities say 38-year-old Eric Dixon was granted immunity in exchange for his agreement to testify against two men suspected in the June 4 shooting death of 41-year-old Eleuterio Gutierrez-Munoz.

Dixon was required to check in daily with probation officials as a condition of his agreement, but court records show he has not reported since Sept. 15.

Pueblo County District Attorney Bill Thiebaut says he considers Dixon's failure to report to probation officials a breach of his immunity deal.

Twenty-two-year-old Robert Pemberton and 24-year-old David Roebuck are accused in Gutierrez-Munoz's death.
