It's a given, Colorado Springs City Council will increase the utilities rate with or without citizen approval. However instead of threatening fiscal disaster unless more taxes are raised increasing taxes on everything possible everytime they can perhaps our wise council should solve the fiscal disaster they threaten us with by acting responsibly when it counts. Such as Instead of rejecting bids by major employers, such as Boeing and Texas Instruments who ask for small incentives the council would rather attempt underhanded revenue increases such stormwater project WITHOUT voter approval. Therefore why would City Council do anything different this time?
