The newsclip video by Shannon about SIDS has incorrect information. In it, she states that parents can take steps to reduce the risk of SIDS by "eliminating soft bedding and pacifiers". This is incorrect. Some studies have shown that pacifiers help REDUCE the risk of SIDS. Visit www.sids.org and www.aap.org.
