War Memorial
Rehn was based at nearby Fort Sill. He died April third in a battle near Baghdad International Airport.
About 200, family, friends and fellow servicemen attended
today's service. Rehn was remembered as a fun-loving gentleman and
a great soldier.
He's the first Oklahoma-based soldier who was killed in action
to be buried in the state. Two other Fort Sill soldiers who were
killed with Rehn were buried elsewhere.
U-S Marine Lance Corporal Thomas Alan Blair of Broken Arrow also
died in action and was buried in Joplin, Missouri.
Rehn leaves behind a wife, RaeLynn and 7-month-old daughter.
RaeLynn Rehn wanted her husband buried in Oklahoma because she
plans to live there.
