Investigators named the woman who died in those flames. 46-year-old Daniela Ohlberg died from smoke inhalation and injuries from the fire.
She was a reservist at Peterson Air Force Base, doing administrative work for the aircraft maintenance group. 11 News spoke to Ohlberg's ex-husband. He said right now, their family needs prayers for healing.
Sources familar with the investigation tell 11 News that they're waiting for lab results of samples taken from the scene here before they rule whether or not it was arson. They also said it's difficult to tell exactly where it started.
As for the other families who lost their homes, they are trying to start over.
Mel Darnell has a parking spot with his name on it. "We're just starting to move in. We signed the lease last night," he said.
Mel and his wife, Laura, found a new home already just down the way from their old one in the same townhome complex. Their October rent was covered by the people who used to live here.
"Strangers come up to me, hug me and say sorry for your loss. It just touches heart."
The couple didn't have renter's insurance, so all they have is a few bags, a couple of lamps and a box. Someone also gave them some dishes.
"It was a tragedy for everyone and for the lady who died."
