Several Colorado resorts are closing their mountains to skiers and snowboarders this weekend as one of the best seasons ever winds down.
According to Ski County USA, Aspen Mountain, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Winter Park and Keystone will all be closed after Sunday.
But, season is not over yet at Loveland, Silverton Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin will remain open. A-Basin hopes to stay open
until July fourth.
Though the final numbers won't be in until June, initial figures indicate this year's season may be a record setting one.
The record for visits was 12 million during the 1997-98 season.
