Three people who were arrested after the shooting of a man whose body was found in the Arkansas River have been charged with five felony counts.

Forty-year-old Kristin Durgan, 29-year-old Brian Nicholas Folsom and 23-year-old Andrew Tanner were charged Friday with first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree murder during the commission of another felony, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, second-degree kidnapping and conspiracy to commit second-degree kidnapping in the death of Durgan's estranged husband, James Durgan.

Kristin Durgan had reported James Durgan of Salida missing July 11th. He was last seen a day earlier.

An arrest affidavit says Tanner was Kristin Durgan's boyfriend.
