Security Guard Arrested On Suspicion Of Murder
The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office reports some new evidence has led them to a second suspect in a recent murder.

To Angelina, I am so sorry for your recent loss. Even from the beginning of this story I felt that something wasnt right. I hate when innocent people lose their lives and I really hope you get the justice you are looking for in your dads death. Stay strong and god will help you through this. i feel the owner should be held liable and charged as well considering he put an untrained, unlicensed armed security guard on that site. Had he been trained and licensed all this would never had happened and to try and cover it up as even worse. If he was having so much trouble the owner should have hired a licensed security officer. Was the guy even trained to use the firearm or even have a permit to carry? I feel for the famiy, and am sorry. I am military and a licensed armed security officer on the side. As I said this shooting should have never happened. And also any security office rknows to notify the authorities and not to do anything but be an informant or credible witness unless they are in a life threatening situation then they can act and this was not life threatening and also who gives warning shots?

Be your dad's voice and get the story out there. It's clear to see something is not accurate with the story that has been told. If your father was at fault in some way you will have to find a way to cope with that. Stay strong and see it through.

.40 caliber handgun to use. He brought all of these weapons onto company property not even dressed as a security guard and I guess that was okay with the company because not once have they come out and apologized and said this shouldn't have happened. Up until I recently contacted KOAA TV, my dad was just a faceless name and I think David Lee Noriega and American Iron and Metal hoped that he was just some nobody without any family so that they could keep drawing sympathy for David Lee Noriega in the news and they would get away with what has happened. What they didn't know is that Clay Eldred was a good man with a family who loves and misses him. I hope that the people of Colorado will stand by us and not let my dad go unforgotten and this crime go unpunished.

I am Clay Eldred's daughter. I'm glad to finally see someone show some compassion when seeing these news videos. So far, the company has tried to keep itself out of this whole thing, but we realize that it's not just Noriega and Galvin's fault that this happened. The company should never have allowed this to happen. David Lee Noriega was not even regularly a security guard at the facility. He was, in fact, a welder. When he shot my dad, he was dressed all in black with ear plugs as if he planned to go out and take a life that night. On other sites, I have had to see people say that my dad deserved to be shot when he wasn't even doing anything wrong. I haven't seen too many people say that David Lee Noriega needs to pay for taking an innocent life or that the company is at fault for letting this happen. I simply can not imagine that the company would want someone to bring three of his personal weapons onto the grounds such as an AR15, a .454 caliber Casull, and he gave Galvin a

What else will they find out? Umm! Someone needs to take a look at the company these idiot perps work for. This incident is the reason they need to take a better look at who they are giving gun permits to. And they complain about homeowners having weapons.
