After a more than 12-month silence, the longest since 9-11 Osama bin Laden is apparently making tapes again.
Experts say there's no reason to think the latest one is a fake.
One counter terrorism official says bin Laden is trying to demonstrate that he is still relevant.
The audio tape attributed to Osama bin Laden says none of the hundreds of terror suspects being held at the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was involved in the 9-11 attacks.
The voice on the tape says most of the suspects had no ties to al-Qaida and some even oppose "al-Qaida's methods of calling to fight America."
The latest tape also says Zacarias Moussaoui was not involved with 9-11.
Moussaoui is the only person convicted in the U.S. for in the attacks.
