The city of Colorado Springs gathered together more than 50 eco-friendly vendors and organizations for the 2008 Green Fair.

From energy saving lighting options and hybrid cars, to businesses that have invented new ways to recycle.

At the green fair you can find counter tops as strong and durable as granite, made from concrete and recycled glass bottles or you can buy a tote bag made from an old tractor tire, or billboard.

Everything from biodegradable caskets, to companies that will take your electronics and recycle them safely.
