My wife and I had lunch across from the street from Compassion on Friday. At around 11:45 as we finished eating we saw a cruiser slowly going through the parking lot, and we noticed a man that seemed to have denim jacket and what looked like a small pony tail turn away from the cruiser as if to avoid being seen. He then walked over the ridge on the edge of the parking lot, and again changed direction when the cruiser came back around. He papered to be keeping his back to the cruiser. We than flagged down the officer and tried to tell him what we observed. Ho told us he would check it out later, but then went into the subway and seemed to be ordering lunch. As I drove away the man was visible walking south bound on Interquest. He seemed to resemble the drawing, but I was not close enough to tell for sure. Anyway, I circled back, but the officer was still inside the Subway and his cruiser was empty. I figured that they had the guy so I did not give it a second thought until I saw your story tonight.
