Former Coors Brewing Company Chairman William K.-Coors has won a legal battle with his ex-wife over family property today.
The Colorado Court of Appeals upheld a 2003 ruling by a trial judge who said the property was NOT mention in the couple's divorce agreement.
The dispute was over water taps for six lots they owned in unincorporated Jefferson County on Lookout Mountain.
The water taps are rights to have Golden city water flow to individual lots.
The trial court and the appeals court ruled the divorce agreement had not mentioned the taps, only the lots.
