The third Duke lacrosse player to be charged with rape has been released on bond.
David Evans had turned himself in after telling reporters that the charges are "fantastic lies," and he's looking forward to watching them unravel.
He was released after posting a $400,000 bond.
Two of his teammates were indicted on rape charges last month.
District Attorney Mike Nifong says he doesn't expect any more indictments in the case.
He says in a statement that none of the evidence implicates any other member of the lacrosse team.
A 27-year-old black woman says three white Duke lacrosse players raped and beat her at a house party last March.
Evans lived at the house where the party was held.
