A 69 year old man remains in police custody after he allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail into the lobby of a downtown law office and shot at an employee there.
Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson says John Volske was arrested last night at his home in Colorado Springs without incident.
Jackson says Volske walked into the lobby of the Appel and Lucas corporate law firm yesterday morning when he threw the incendiary device, which had a crude fuse that was lit.
It did not erupt in flames.
He says Volske fled the building and fired shots at an employee who was chasing him.
He then got in a car and took off.
The employee was not hurt.
Jackson says Volske allegedly targeted the law firm and may have been a "disgruntled" client there.
