Teenage Driving Laws

Governor Bill Owens recently signed a law mandating teens under the age of eighteen to take a driver improvement class, if convicted for a driving violation.
That law is just one of many, teenagers will want to keep in mind before hitting the road.
Officials also warn teenage drivers to remember, they are not allowed to drive with any other teen until they have had their license for more than six months.
After that six month mark, they are allowed only one other teenage passenger, for the next six months.
The law states, siblings are exempt from those rules.
