Snowboarder Charged

A snowboarder accused of plowing into a children's ski class while drunk now faces criminal charges.

Twenty-year-old Michael Wolff of Texas is accused of child abuse
and reckless endangerment. He's also charged with possession of
alcohol by a minor.

Authorities say Wolff collided with a group of five- to
seven-year-old children taking beginning ski lessons at Sunlight
Mountain Resort. The March 15th accident left one child with a
broken leg, another with a bruised arm and a third with minor
injuries.

Wolff is being held at the Garfield County Detention Center on
15-thousand dollars bond. He faces up to 24 years in prison and
750-thousand dollars in fines if convicted.

A hearing is scheduled for April 24th.
