A nationwide survey by CareerBuilder-dot-com finds that more than half of all workers are under a great deal of stress, while 77 percent say they're burned out.
The leading cause of stress is difficult co-workers, followed by an unrealistic workload, tight deadlines, last-minute projects and an overbearing or interfering boss.
CareerBuilder-dot-com offers some tips for limiting workplace stress.
They include organizing and putting priorities on tasks, setting reasonable short-term and long-term goals and taking care of yourself, which includes getting enough sleep and good nutrition.
