Air Force Cadets are one step closer to moving up in the ranks following the conclusion of Pinnacle-- the Academy's Spring training event. Saturday featured Panicle's Line Challenge, which many Cadets consider the most challenging part of the week long event. The challenge is made up 6 physically demanding activities including tactical movements, stretcher carries and concludes with a 5k run. Pinnacle is a right of passage for Cadets and the roles they will step into next year; 3rd Class Cadets will take on working roles, 2nd Classmen will fill the shoes of 1st Class Cadets who will start their lives as Air Force 2nd Lieutenants. Cadets are graded for event, inspection, and formation. Their scores also impact their off-base privileges in May.
