Prosecutors aren't saying just what evidence they have against two Duke University lacrosse players who have been arrested on charges of raping a stripper at an off-campus party.
Each of the men is free after posting 400-thousand dollars bond.
A lawyer for one of the other players says neither Reade Seligmann nor Collin Finnerty had any contact with the stripper at the party where she says three men raped her.
And he says "multiple witnesses and a commercial transaction" show one of the two men wasn't even at the party.
District Attorney Mike Nifong says he hopes a third assailant "can also be identified with certainty" soon.
