Ten people are detained for disturbing the peace at the Air Force Academy Friday, during a "don't ask, don't tell" protest.
The Soulforce Equality Ride is a group of about 40 people who are traveling the country. They say they're supporting the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
Friday morning, the group demonstrated against the military policy that bans openly gay people from serving in the military.
The ten protestors were not arrested, but were escorted off Academy property. An Academy spokesperson says protesting, of any kind, is illegal on military installation property.
