Midwest Mumps Outbreak Worries Colorado Doctors

Neighboring Kansas and Nebraska are reporting more mumps this year and Colorado doctors are concerned.

So far Colorado has reported only one case, and it usually gets three or four a year.

But Kansas has 33 cases and Nebraska 43.

Ken Gershman of the Colorado health department's communicable disease program says the state will notify doctors if new cases occur.
