El Paso County Commissioners are tackling a vicious dog problem that's plaguing residents in Ellicott.
The wild dogs have reportedly been roaming in packs, killing livestock and following small children.
Last year, 15-year-old Chris Gillis' prize ram was killed by a pack of wild dogs.

El Paso County Commissioners plan to pay the U.S. Department of Agriculture $8,000 to trap the stray dogs.
U.S.D.A. workers are reportedly trained and say the best way to trap the strays- remove the danger.
But not everyone agrees with the plan.
PETA supporters have posted an action alert, hoping to stop the county from trapping the dogs.
