The Secret Service says a man who made it onto the front lawn of the White House Sunday has been caught trying to get onto the grounds at least three times before.
The intruder is identified as 40 year old Brian Lee Patterson, whose last known address was in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Patterson was wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt that said "God Bless America."
He jumped the fence and ran across the North Lawn while repeatedly yelling, "I am a victim of terrorism!"
Secret Service officers quickly arrested him.
Patterson is slated to appear in court Monday.
He was charged with unlawful entry for the last time he jumped the fence, in February.
He again faces the same charge and also a contempt of court charge for violating a judge's order to stay away from the White House.
