Gayle was the most amazing person I have ever known, beautiful inside and out.We grew up together and I have never heard her say a unkind word about anyone.I really hope that law enforcement puts forth the effort that it will take to bring this idiot to justice.I drive that stretch to Pueblo everyday and I see people do the most ignorant things with their car.In this case it cost two beautiful people their lives.Every silver or light blue car that I pass or passes me I look for damage to the right rear, they had better hope that law enforcement catches them before I do.

Gayle took care of my hair and was my confidante and friend for thirteen years. She gave me the most beautiful hair for my wedding and then cut it short for a new start when I got divorced. I could tell her anything and she always had a little tid bit of advice. She had a heart of gold but a sassy little mouth to go with it. Losing her so suddenly has left a hole in my heart. My prayers go out to her family and also to Jean's. Gayle, I will miss your hugs and smiles forever.

Gayle was my hairdresser and friend for many years. She is one of the sunniest people I have ever known, with a ready laugh and something kind to say. I always looked forward to our visits, which renewed my soul. I will miss you, Gayle, and my heart goes out to your family and Jean's. I know you're still shining brightly in heaven. To Gayle's family: I'd be honored to help with music for the service, as I am a professional musician. The station has my email. I send you my blessings and my sympathy.

No news on the car. Trina, Gayle's daughter is planning on meeting with the investigating officers for an update as soon as they have more information. Right now they just like Jean's family are trying to deal with such a sudden and tragic loss. Trina and her family are very thankful for the woman, bystanders who stopped offered assistance and helped and the emergency and hospital personal. Jean's granddaughter was blessed to have such good hearted people help her thru this very traumatic accident until she was reunited with her parents.

Gayle was the most beuatiful woman inside and out. Always laughing, even when things were rough. The last time we saw her was at my wedding, a month ago. She looked so pretty and happy. I am glad I got to see her that way, and so were many others. She is home with the Lord.

LBM: Are there anymore details about the car or the self-important pile of equine excrement that was behind the wheel of it?

My wife and I want to start by saying "THANK YOU" for all the support we have recieved, A huge "GOD BLESS" goes to the woman and other bystanders whom helped our daughter prior to help arriving on the scene, Thanks to all the emercency and hospital personel that have help us through this tradegy. We would like give an update on the 11 year old girl, she is fine (Battered and brusied) and is comfortably at home with us now. Jean was her loving grandmother and a wonderful, caring mother, Gayle was a very close and dear friend of our family. Thank you to every one for your prayers and thoughts, and "God Bless".

The little girl that was in the backseat was my little cousin. She's not a boy she's a girl and luckily she survived. But the other two were her grandmother (the driver) and her grandmother's friend (the passenger) Please keep them all in your prayers and the extended family. The grandmother was my aunt's mother.

Mark, it was a 2006 Mazda 3. Rode in it with Gayle and my wife to see Keith Urban. One of the best times in my life with two of my best friends. I'll bet there's plenty of Bing Cherries and Riesling in your new home with the Father! We're gonna miss ya bunches Gayle.

Thanks KKTV for being heartless in your video coverage of this story. That completely unnecessary shot of the blood spattered glasses (they were Gayle's) tore my heart out. I'm going to miss ya Gayle.
