Firefighters have the 110 acre fire burning near Deckers 100% contained. The Oxyoke fire is located five miles north of the town of Deckers, Colorado. All evacuations and road closures have been lifted.

Firefighters will continue mopping up the blaze through the night, operations will be scaled down Wednesday morning leaving five engines and two 20-person hand crews to patrol the fire. Smoke will continue to be visible for several days as interior fuels burn out.

No structures have been destroyed.

The cause of the fire, first reported at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday, is still unknown and the U.S. Forest Service is still investigating.

If you have any pictures of the fire you can e-mail them to news@kktv.com.

we should have built "TWO FORKS DAM" years ago that would help the fire problem and also give desparately needed water to denver and southern Colorado so get smart and build about six dams around the state and stop letting Colorado water run off to another state and the last time I checked water does Not BURN
