Prosecutors have charged Dianna A. Aragon, 44, with accessory to murder. Police say Aragon lied to investigators to cover for Salvator Esquivel-Castillo, 36, who is facing first-degree murder charges for the July 2007 death of 22-year-old Jaclyn Funderburg.

Funderburg was found dead at the bottom of a cliff on Banning Lewis Ranch, near where Aragon lives.

Aragon was charged last week, and is expected to appear before a judge on Friday. She remains free on a $25,000 bond.
